  • Berechnungs - Methode
    Berechnungsmethode
    Unser Alkoholtest verwendet die allgemein anerkannte Widmark-Formel, mit der auch die Rechtsprechung arbeitet:

    BAK = A / r x p.

    Bedeutung der Einzelgrössen:

    A:
    • Alkoholmenge in Gramm
      Alkoholmenge in Gramm. Allerdings wird nicht die gesamte getrunkene Alkoholmenge im Körper aufgenommen, sondern nur etwa 90 - 70 % davon (Resorptionsdefizit). Der Wert von A berechnet sich deshalb folgendermaßen:
      A = S x 0,9, wobei S die Summe des Alkoholgehalts der konsumierten Getränke ist und p das Körpergewicht in kg.

    r:
    • Reduktionsfaktor
      Der Reduktionsfaktor reduziert das Körpergewicht in der Formel. Er berücksichtigt Geschlecht und Körperbau (Alkohol dringt nicht Knochen und Fettgewebe ein, sondern v.a. in Blut und in die wässrigen Anteile des Körpers.

      Weiterhin spielt Zeit eine wichtige Rolle. Unser Programm geht aus von einem stündlichen Alkoholabbau von 0,085g/kg Körpergewicht (=0,12 Promille) bei Frauen und 0,1g/kg Körpergewicht (=0,13 Promille) bei Männern.

      • Faktor für Frauen

        r = 0,31223 - 0,006446 x p + 0,004466 x l,
        mit p: Körpergewicht in kg
        l: Körperlänge in cm.

      • Faktor für Männer
        r = 0,31608 - 0,004821 x p + 0,004632 x l,
        mit p: Körpergewicht in kg
        l: Körperlänge in cm.

    p:
    Körpergewicht in kg
  • Alkohol & Folgen:
Alkohol macht Laune? Manchmal vielleicht.

    • 0,30 - 0,49 Promille
    • 0,50 - 0,79 Promille
    • 0,80 - 1,09 Promille
    • 1,10 - 1,59 Promille
    • 1,60 - 2,99 Promille
    • ab 3,0 Promille

    Wie wirkt Alkohol?
    Körperliche Beeinträchtigungen
  • Andere Drogen:

    Tests

    People with dementia can have long conversations with someone without their dementia being apparent, until screening tests are used.
      • Clifton Assessment Procedures for the Elderly (CAPE)
    CAPE is useful because it combines functional ability and cognitive function. Use it to profile your patient, rather than as a score.
      • Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)
    The MMSE is a good instrument for assessing cognitive function, but takes up to 10 minutes and cannot fit easily into a standard consultation. It is influenced by educational level.
      • Abbreviated Mental Test Score (AMTS)
    A quick 10 item cognitive function test. It is suitable for use in the consultation.
    Note: None of these tests are diagnostic
      • Carer Strain Index
    Use this scale to profile the carer, particularly when considering a request for a needs assessment under the Carer's Act.
