- Berechnungs - Methode
- Berechnungsmethode
- BAK = A / r x p.
- Bedeutung der Einzelgrössen:
- A:
- Alkoholmenge in Gramm
- Alkoholmenge in Gramm.
- r = 0,31223 - 0,006446 x p + 0,004466 x l,
- mit p: Körpergewicht in kg
- l: Körperlänge in cm.
- Faktor für Männer
- r = 0,31608 - 0,004821 x p + 0,004632 x l,
- mit p: Körpergewicht in kg
- l: Körperlänge in cm.
- p:
- Körpergewicht in kg
- Alkohol & Folgen:
- Alkohol macht Laune? Manchmal vielleicht.
- 0,30 - 0,49 Promille
- 0,50 - 0,79 Promille
- 0,80 - 1,09 Promille
- 1,10 - 1,59 Promille
- 1,60 - 2,99 Promille

- Wie wirkt Alkohol?
- Körperliche Beeinträchtigungen
- Andere Drogen:

People with dementia can have long conversations with someone without their dementia being apparent, until screening tests are used.
- Clifton Assessment Procedures for the Elderly (CAPE)
- CAPE is useful because it combines functional ability and cognitive function. Use it to profile your patient, rather than as a score.
- Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)
- The MMSE is a good instrument for assessing cognitive function, but takes up to 10 minutes and cannot fit easily into a standard consultation. It is influenced by educational level.
- Abbreviated Mental Test Score (AMTS)
- A quick 10 item cognitive function test. It is suitable for use in the consultation.
- Note: None of these tests are diagnostic
- Use this scale to profile the carer, particularly when considering a request for a needs assessment under the Carer's Act.
